Why I Built This (Updated!)
Welcome to The Relic Finder - I still remember grinding hard for each prime part back in the early days of this game. When there were no relics, we had to use void-keys to get prime parts. Runs lasting almost 4-5 hours to farm a certain part.
For the new Tenno, the relic system is way better now and more organized. The wiki has everything you need, from part names to relics you need. But here's my problem with it. Finding what you're looking for takes forever. I built this site locally while learning to code, but I always had a hard time looking into Prime info the traditional way. The actual wiki tells you everything, well guess what, I don't need all that info just tell me how to get it.
I got tired of that routine after doing it maybe 300 times. Probably more honestly.
This site puts all of that on one page. Type in a Prime item and you see every relic that contains it. You see the drop rates at each refinement level. You see where to farm, which relic drops which part. That's it. No tab juggling.
What I Write About Here
This blog is where I share what I've learned from 4000+ hours in this game. Most of it focuses on farming and trading because that's where the grind actually lives. The fashion frame is not covered yet, because I still don't know much about it. I mostly run the black+red combo for most of my frames.
Here are a few things that I am working on at the moment:
- Relic farming rotations that don't waste your time (plat earned vs time)
- Trading strategies for building platinum without getting scammed at Maroo's Bazaar (never trade at Marzoo's Bazaar please)
- Prime weapon reviews based on how they actually feel to use, and maybe builds in the future?
- Patch breakdowns when DE releases new Primes or unvaults old ones
- New pages for Prime Resurgence and Unvaultings.
About The Relic Finder Tool
The search bar on this site does one thing well. It tells you which relics drop which Prime components and where to farm them. I built it because I was sick of tab juggling across wiki pages.
I have also built a relic tracker tool, which you can use to track which relic you have. It is constantly being improved. The tool stores your data in the browser, and nothing is tracked by the site.
Type in a Prime name. See the relics. Check the drop rates. Pick your farming spot from the mentioned map nodes and done.
Coming Soon
More warframe related tools are coming soon. I am working on implementing a pricing chart for each prime using the Warframe Market API, this is in the works and will be rolled out soon.
Been playing since 2014. Still don't have every Prime. Probably never will.
