The best location to farm for Meso Relics currently is Ukko (Void): This is a capture mission, drop in capture the target and extract. The mission guarantees both Meso and Neo Relics. Use Titania with Razorwing Blitz for faster farming. For Guaranteed Meso Drops: Olympus (Mars, Disruption mode): You can get controlled drops - Rounds 1 and 2 will drop Lith Relics, and after Round 3 stay in Rotation C for guaranteed Meso Relics (by killing 3-4 demolishers per wave).
