The hardest part to farm currently is Neuroptics Blueprint. It is Rare in all 3 of its relics, so any of them is an equal source: 10.00% per player at Radiant, or 34.39% when four players open the same relic. It currently sells for 29p on warframe.market.
Every relic is vaulted and none is in the current Varzia rotation, so trade for them or check your inventory.

How To Farm Chroma Prime
Optimal approach
- Go for the Neuroptics Blueprint first. Getting the required prime part takes the most runs at the given refinement making it the hardest to farm. Even then the part is not guaranteed (Pray to RNGesus!).
- Best Relic to focus on is any of Lith C3, Lith C4 or Lith C8 (This Prime is currently vaulted: Trade with a player for the relics or wait for Prime Resurgence Rotation).
- With all four players opening the same relic at Radiant, you have a 34.39% chance per run vs 10.00% when running solo. So opening the same relic as a squad is always better.
- After that: Systems Blueprint from Meso R4 (20.00% per-player at Radiant). Repeat farming and opening the relic until you have everything you need.
Refinement and radshares
- Use Radiant (100 Traces) on any of Lith C3, Lith C4 or Lith C8 while going for the Neuroptics Blueprint. For squad odds, all four players must open the same relic at Radiant. This increases your chances of getting the part.
- As per the game odds, you can expect roughly 2 Radshare runs for 50% odds of getting the required prime part, compared with about 7 solo runs.
- Keep relics Intact for Common rewards. Radiant gives the highest chance for Uncommon and Rare rewards; use the refinement listed for each part in the farming plan. Never open Axi relics for rare parts solo, it's not worth it.

Warframe Abilities
Spectral Scream
Exhale a deep breath of elemental destruction. Tap to cycle through elements, hold to cast. The chosen element applies to all of Chroma's abilities.
Elemental Ward
Depending on Chroma's elemental alignment, an offensive area-of-effect is created. Chroma and its nearby allies are imbued with defensive energy.
Vex Armor
Chroma fortifies squad Armor when his Shields are damaged or he kills an enemy with a melee weapon. He increases squad Weapon Damage when he loses Health or he kills an enemy with a ranged weapon, double the effect on weak point kills.
Effigy
Chroma turns his pelt into a massive sentry that strengthens nearby allies and engulfs enemies in elemental attacks.
