Magnus Prime Relic Sources
The hardest part to farm currently is Barrel. It is Rare in all 4 of its relics, so any of them is an equal source: 10.00% per player at Radiant, or 34.39% when four players open the same relic. It currently sells for 29p on warframe.market.
None of these relics can be obtained right now. Baro Ki'Teer stocks the marked ones on some visits; otherwise trade for them or check your inventory.

How To Farm Magnus Prime
Optimal approach
- Go for the Barrel first. Getting the required prime part takes the most runs at the given refinement making it the hardest to farm. Even then the part is not guaranteed (Pray to RNGesus!).
- Best Relic to focus on is any of Axi M5, Axi M2, Meso M5 or Neo M4 (currently vaulted - trade with a player for the relic or wait for Prime Resurgence rotation; Axi M5 only comes from Baro Ki'Teer).
- With all four players opening the same relic at Radiant, you have a 34.39% chance per run vs 10.00% when running solo. So opening the same relic as a squad is always better.
- After that: Receiver from any of its 8 Uncommon relics, such as Axi M5, Axi T8 or Neo C2 (20.00% per-player at Radiant). Repeat farming and opening the relic until you have everything you need.
Refinement and radshares
- Use Radiant (100 Traces) on any of Axi M5, Axi M2, Meso M5 or Neo M4 while going for the Barrel. For squad odds, all four players must open the same relic at Radiant. This increases your chances of getting the part.
- As per the game odds, you can expect roughly 2 Radshare runs for 50% odds of getting the required prime part, compared with about 7 solo runs.
- Keep relics Intact for Common rewards. Radiant gives the highest chance for Uncommon and Rare rewards; use the refinement listed for each part in the farming plan. Never open Axi relics for rare parts solo, it's not worth it.
