Oberon Prime is currently vaulted. It moved into the vault on April 2, 2019. You can still acquire relics through player trading and Prime Resurgence windows, then run coordinated Radiant shares for better rare-part odds.

Oberon Prime Farming Overview and Stats
Warframe Abilities
Smite
Focuses deadly energy within a target, dealing massive damage and removing all of its defenses, including Overguard. Enemies near the target also take a portion of the damage.
Hallowed Ground
Sanctifies the ground around Oberon, inflicting <DT_RADIATION_COLOR>Radiation Damage to all enemies within the radius. Also grants protection against Status Effects for Oberon and his allies.
Renewal
Generates a protective aura that grants bonus Armor to Oberon and his allies and restores allies’ Health over time. Healing is doubled while within the radius of Hallowed Ground.
Reckoning
Lifts enemies into the air and then hurls them down with conviction, removing their Armor. Enemies hit by this ability will grant Oberon additional Armor and have a chance to spawn a <HEALTH>Health Orb when they die.

5 Source RelicsOberon Prime Farming Strategy and Radshare Tips
Optimal Approach:
- Go for the Neuroptics Blueprint first. It has the lowest item drop rate in the Oberon Prime set and will be the hardest to farm, when comparing to other parts.
- Best relic to focus: Lith O1 (currently vaulted - trade with a player for the relic or wait for Prime Resurgence access).
- In full radiant relic squad, you have a 34.39% chance per run vs 10.00% when running solo.
- After that: Systems Blueprint from Axi O1 (10.00% per-player for Radiant).
Refinement Tips:
- Use Radiant (100 Traces) on Lith O1 while going for the Neuroptics Blueprint; always run radshares in groups.
- At current rates, you can expect roughly 2 Radshare runs for 50% odds for the required prime part, compared with about 7 solo runs.
- Run Intact/Exceptional Relics only when farming for common or uncommon primes (these are great for ducat farming), use Void Traces for the relics with hard to farm parts. Especially Axi Relics.
