How To Get Odonata Prime

Odonata Prime is currently vaulted - the relics don't drop anymore, so you're left with two options; wait for Prime Resurgence or Trade.

Odonata Prime Relic Sources

The hardest part to farm currently is Wings Blueprint. It is Uncommon at best, in 1 of its 4 relics: 20.00% per player at Radiant, or 59.04% when four players open the same relic. It currently sells for 25p on warframe.market.

None of these relics can be obtained right now. Baro Ki'Teer stocks the marked ones on some visits; otherwise trade for them or check your inventory.

How To Farm Odonata Prime

Optimal approach

Go for the Wings Blueprint first. Getting the required prime part takes the most runs at the given refinement making it the hardest to farm. Even then the part is not guaranteed (Pray to RNGesus!).
Best Relic to focus on is Axi N1 (This Prime is currently vaulted: Trade with a player for the relics or wait for Prime Resurgence Rotation).
With all four players opening Axi N1 at Radiant, you have a 59.04% chance per run vs 20.00% when running solo. So opening the same relic as a squad is always better.
After that: Blueprint from any of its 5 Uncommon relics, such as Axi V8, Axi L4 or Lith F1 (20.00% per-player at Radiant). Repeat farming and opening the relic until you have everything you need.

Refinement and radshares

Use Radiant (100 Traces) on Axi N1 while going for the Wings Blueprint. For squad odds, all four players must open the same relic at Radiant. This increases your chances of getting the part.
As per the game odds, you can expect roughly 1 Radshare run for 50% odds of getting the required prime part, compared with about 4 solo runs.
Keep relics Intact for Common rewards. Radiant gives the highest chance for Uncommon and Rare rewards; use the refinement listed for each part in the farming plan. Never open Axi relics for rare parts solo, it's not worth it.
