Tekko Prime is currently vaulted - the relics don't drop anymore, so you're left with two options; wait for Prime Resurgence or Trade.

The hardest part to farm currently is Blade ×2. It is Rare in all 4 of its relics, so any of them is an equal source: 10.00% per player at Radiant, or 34.39% when four players open the same relic. It currently sells for 25p each on warframe.market.

Every relic is vaulted and none is in the current Varzia rotation, so trade for them or check your inventory.

How To Farm Tekko Prime

Optimal approach

Go for the Blade first. Getting all 2 required copies takes the most runs at the given refinement making it the hardest to farm. Even then the part is not guaranteed (Pray to RNGesus!).
Best Relic to focus on is any of Axi T6, Axi T7, Meso T6 or Neo T2 (This Prime is currently vaulted: Trade with a player for the relics or wait for Prime Resurgence Rotation).
With all four players opening the same relic at Radiant, you have a 34.39% chance per run vs 10.00% when running solo. So opening the same relic as a squad is always better.
After that: Gauntlet from any of its 8 Common relics, such as Axi C5, Axi G4 or Axi W2 (25.33% per-player at Intact). Repeat farming and opening the relic until you have everything you need.

Refinement and radshares

Use Radiant (100 Traces) on any of Axi T6, Axi T7, Meso T6 or Neo T2 while going for the Blade. For squad odds, all four players must open the same relic at Radiant. This increases your chances of getting the part.
As per the game odds, you can expect roughly 5 Radshare runs for 50% odds of getting all 2 required copies, compared with about 17 solo runs.
Keep relics Intact for Common rewards. Radiant gives the highest chance for Uncommon and Rare rewards; use the refinement listed for each part in the farming plan. Never open Axi relics for rare parts solo, it's not worth it.
