How To Get Perigale Prime in Warframe

Warframe Perigale Prime Farm - Voruna Prime just dropped today and I want to talk about the Perigale Prime specifically because the base version is already one of the strongest sniper rifles in the game. The Prime version bumps the magazine and ammo capacity and it's going to be even nastier. Let me explain how to get it.

For those who don't know what the Perigale even is, it's a burst sniper rifle that fires 4 rounds per trigger pull. MR8 requirement. The Prime version came bundled with Voruna Prime Access on April 8 and you can get it completely free through Void Relics.

Quick note before anything else. Don't confuse the base Perigale farm with the Prime farm. Base Perigale drops from Conjunction Survival missions on Lua. Perigale PRIME drops from Void Relics in the new Voruna Prime relic pool. These are two completely different things. I've already seen people in region chat confusing the two.

Parts You Need

Perigale Prime has four components like most weapons:

  • Perigale Prime Blueprint
  • Perigale Prime Barrel
  • Perigale Prime Receiver
  • Perigale Prime Stock

All four drop from different Void Relics in the current Voruna Prime rotation. Check the Codex under Void Relics and filter by "Perigale Prime" to see exactly which relics hold which parts.

How To Get The Relics Fast

  • Axi C11 Relic - Perigale Prime Stock (Uncommon)
  • Lith C14 Relic - Perigale Prime Receiver (Uncommon)
  • Meso L4 Relic - Perigale Prime Blueprint (Uncommon)
  • Neo P10 Relic - Perigale Prime Barrel (Rare)

Three methods and I use all three at the same time on Prime launch day.

Syndicate Standing Packs first. Spend ALL your daily standing on relic packs from your main six syndicates the moment you log in. Each pack has a chance to contain the new Voruna Prime rotation relics. Do this before anything else because standing resets daily and you don't want to waste a cap.

Teshin at any relay second. If you've been playing Steel Path and have Steel Essence saved up, Teshin sells relic packs for Steel Essence. I had about 150 Steel Essence saved before today and turned it all into relic packs immediately. That gave me a solid starting pool.

Open world standings third. Cetus, Fortuna, Necralisk. All three vendors sell relic packs with their respective standing. If you're maxed or close to max on any of them, spend it now.

After burning standing, hop into Void missions for more relics. Hepit on Void for Lith relics, 90 seconds per run. Ukko on Void for Meso and Neo relics. Apollo on Lua for Axi relics if you need higher tier ones. Bring Volt or Titania and it becomes a very fast loop.

Cracking Relics

Once you have a stack of relics containing Perigale Prime parts, sort them by which specific part you need and go find a radshare.

Four players, all Radiant, all same relic. You're looking at roughly 34% chance to see the target part per run in a 4-player radshare versus 2% solo Intact. The difference is massive over 20+ runs.

Recommended Tip: Use warframe.market to check which Perigale Prime part is cheapest to buy outright versus which is worth farming yourself. Day one prices are always inflated. Sometimes buying the common barrel for 15 plat and farming the rare blueprint yourself is faster than trying to crack every part.

Do comment below which part gave you the most trouble. On most Prime weapon launches the Receiver ends up being the one everyone needs at the same time. If you're also chasing the melee, check the Sarofang Prime guide too.

Base Perigale was already disgusting in Steel Path. Prime version with more magazine just means longer sustained fire before reloading. Very happy about this one.
