Quicksilver takes form. Gauss Prime brooks no talk of defeat.
Gauss Prime is currently vaulted. It moved into the vault on December 10, 2025. You can still acquire relics through player trading and Prime Resurgence windows, then run coordinated Radiant shares for better rare-part odds.

Gauss Prime Farming Overview and Stats
Warframe Abilities
Mach Rush
Burst into a hyper-sprint bowling over enemies and charging the battery. Crashing into solid objects generates a powerful shockwave. Hold to rush continuously.
Kinetic Plating
Generate armor plating that converts a portion of absorbed Kinetic Damage (Physical, <DT_FIRE_COLOR>Heat, <DT_FREEZE_COLOR>Cold, and <DT_EXPLOSION_COLOR>Blast) into Energy. Also protects Gauss from being staggered or knocked down. Damage Resistance is relative to the battery level.
Thermal Sunder
Siphon kinetic energy from the area, charging the battery and inflicting <DT_FREEZE_COLOR>Cold Status on nearby enemies. Hold reverses the process, draining the battery and inflicting <DT_FIRE_COLOR>Heat Status on nearby enemies.
Redline
Push Gauss' battery beyond the redline, supercharging his Abilities and setting Fire Rate, Attack Speed, Reload Speed, and Casting Speed into overdrive. When past the redline, bolts of arcing electricity dance periodically from Gauss, exploding en masse when the ability is deactivated.
Gauss Prime vs Gauss
| Stat | Gauss | Gauss Prime | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Health | 270 | 270 | - |
| Shield | 455 | 550 | +95 |
| Armor | 185 | 185 | - |
| Energy | 175 | 175 | - |
The Primed variants offer improved stats over the base versions, and most importantly better armor which is what we call truly end-game.

7 Source RelicsGauss Prime Farming Strategy and Radshare Tips
Optimal Approach:
- Go for the Systems Blueprint first. It has the lowest item drop rate in the Gauss Prime set and will be the hardest to farm, when comparing to other parts.
- Best relic to focus: Lith G12 (currently vaulted - trade with a player for the relic or wait for Prime Resurgence access).
- In full radiant relic squad, you have a 34.39% chance per run vs 10.00% when running solo.
- After that: Chassis Blueprint from Lith C13 (16.67% per-player for Radiant).
Refinement Tips:
- Use Radiant (100 Traces) on Lith G12 while going for the Systems Blueprint; always run radshares in groups.
- At current rates, you can expect roughly 2 Radshare runs for 50% odds for the required prime part, compared with about 7 solo runs.
- Run Intact/Exceptional Relics only when farming for common or uncommon primes (these are great for ducat farming), use Void Traces for the relics with hard to farm parts. Especially Axi Relics.
