How To Get Neo V12 Now
Neo V12 is vaulted, so it no longer drops from missions. These are the ways to get it today:
Trade with another player
Vaulted relics stay tradeable. Check your inventory first, then look for sellers on warframe.market.
You may not need this relic. 4 of its 6 rewards also drop from relics you can still farm from missions. The rewards list below names them.
